Best PM Software for 20-100+ Unit Portfolios

If your accountant already lives in QuickBooks, forcing a second system to replace it usually isn’t worth it — syncing to it is. Here’s what actually connects, based on live-verified integration data rather than marketing pages.
TenantCloud lists QuickBooks sync as a built-in feature on its higher tiers, alongside bank reconciliation and tax reporting — it’s one of the more explicitly QuickBooks-oriented platforms in this category.
DoorLoop offers a QuickBooks Online integration (one-way sync: DoorLoop data flows into QuickBooks, not back), available on its Pro and Premium plans but not Starter.
Buildium’s QuickBooks integration status is genuinely inconsistent across sources at the time of writing — some describe a working sync, others say it’s not natively supported. Confirm directly with Buildium before assuming this is included if it’s a dealbreaker.
THE ACTUAL DECISION
If a two-way, dependable QuickBooks connection is the priority, verify current integration details directly with the vendor before committing — this is a feature that changes across plan tiers and over time, more than most. If you’d rather not depend on a sync at all, Stessa or Baselane handle landlord accounting and tax-ready reports natively, without needing QuickBooks in the loop at all.
